John has over 25 years experience as a senior finance executive, partially spent as a Controller of a division of Harman International (a public company with £1.2Bill in annual sales). John’s experience also includes the financial management of an engineering company which maintained profit margins during a six-fold growth in turnover. John holds a M.Sc. in numerical science, and a B.Sc (Hons) in mathematics, both from Southampton.

A barrister by training, Simon has 17 years of general (and sales) management business experience. For the three years prior to joining IN’n’OUT Simon was the General Manager of the German subsidiary of Minorplanet Systems plc, where he took the business from a 1.4m loss to a 1m profit. Most importantly, this business involved the distribution services of small to mid-sized vehicle fleets, (a target market for IN’n’OUT).
Simon obtained a LLB (Hons) from Newcastle University and was called to the Bar in 1985.
