The car service and repair industry has been guilty of putting its interests before those of the customer for some years.

I recognised this long before starting the company and my wife and I had the usual war stories of poor service; huge bills for small things and the absolute inconvenience of getting a car cared for with 3 kids in tow and a busy modern schedule. So why is it this way, we asked?

Over recent years the simplification of routine car maintenance has meant less visits to the shop and less complex procedures at routine service intervals meaning less billable labour hours for the car service industry! Consequently the average charges for parts and labour have skyrocketed, meaning much bigger bills for relatively simple servicing procedures. This scenario presented a business opportunity for someone willing to invest in reformatting the car servicing and MOT experience in favour of the customer. We decided to take that challenge.

Anyone can understand what we do and there is no veil of secrecy to fool customers into thinking what we do is complicated. It's not.

We use only the best products from Castrol, BOSCH, Autoglym and others - and we never substitute with cheap alternatives. Anything we put in (or on) your car will be at least as good as your vehicle manufacturer's recommendations and often exceeded.

Advice and Availability:

Our communications systems are set up so that you always have access to human beings who understand customer service and who are probably shareholders in the company (90% of our employees are). So it's in their interest to satisfy your requirements meaning you get what you want when you want it.

If we ever do you wrong in any way we will resolve it immediately and completely.
